Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an Excellerate Material Planner to support the materials team, coordinating with receiving, production, procurement and sales/operations to keep schedules on track. The role emphasizes timely materials, material planning, and collaboration across departments.

The position involves shift work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. 5-10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years in supply chain, logistics, material management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with receiving and production schedules for each project and adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
• Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams at order receipt and as production schedule changes could impact job sites.
• Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure scheduled production can be completed.
• Provide daily and long-term production/capacity planning based on customer orders, due dates, and facility availability.
• Coordinate with production leadership, procurement and receiving staff to evaluate changes in production schedule.
• Ensure timeliness of materials.
• Procure raw materials as scheduled without interruption to production.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and supply chain teams to increase production quality and yields.
• Work with procurement/inventory management and sales/operations teams to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
