Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, work centers, production flow, and scheduling methodologies.
• Ability to interpret demand forecasts, BOMs, routings, and capacity planning data.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules.
• Coordinate schedules across manufacturing work centers to maximize throughput.
• Communicate schedules and changes to production supervisors and stakeholders.
• Evaluate labor and machine capacity to support capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to confirm material availability for production.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and revise schedules for on-time delivery.
• Maintain scheduling data in the ERP/MRP system.
• Generate reports on schedule adherence and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to implement scheduling improvements and CI initiatives.
• Support inventory optimization by balancing production with material availability.
