Job summary

OBE is seeking a Scheduling professional to oversee production scheduling in shipping and receiving, coordinating materials, and expediting orders to meet delivery commitments. The role involves MRP oversight and ERP system usage (EPICS/EPICOR) and a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and continuous process improvement.

The position offers development opportunities, a collaborative environment, and a chance to contribute to projects across multiple facilities tracked in our ERP and supply chain

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of scheduling/production planning experience.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to support team and improve processes.
• Demonstrated listening skills and communication for order completion.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize production schedules based on department criteria.
• Monitor schedules to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
• Participate in production and scheduling conversations with the wider team.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to address scheduling issues.
• Be the main point of contact for the production team and own communications to ensure commitments are met.
• Provide support to assigned departments with L4 Board participation.
• Work with EPICS and EPICOR ERP systems.
• Review MRP inventory and create replenishment orders in line with schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
