Qnity is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to lead production planning and scheduling activities to ensure materials, resources, and manufacturing capacity align with customer demand and business objectives.

This highly visible role will drive master scheduling, inventory optimization, supply planning, and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, logistics, and commercial teams to support operational excellence and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and managing master production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, capacity planning, and supply planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to support customer demand, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and customer requirements to optimize service levels and operational efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, and capacity constraints to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure supply continuity.
• Monitor key planning metrics including inventory levels, schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply review activities by providing data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis.
• Manage production priorities and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning efficiency, lead time reduction, and service performance.
• Support new product introductions, capacity planning, and supply chain readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements related to production planning and inventory management.
