The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in planning/purchasing, plus 3+ years in manufacturing. ERP/MRP proficiency and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years in planning, purchasing, or production control.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with Assembly interactions.
• ERP systems mastery and driving supply via MRP to meet demand.
• Vendor management and PO issuance.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule, and execute sales and work orders to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage purchasing and replenishment balancing demand, inventory, lead times, and cost.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and sourcing matrices.
• Maintain supplier data: acknowledgements, promise dates, pricing, and orders.
• Expedite open purchase and production orders to ensure material availability.
• Negotiate with suppliers and resolve cost, quality, or delivery issues.
• Adapt purchasing/planning to changing customer requirements and delays.
