Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in metal manufacturing coordination, inventory control, purchasing, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• 4–7 years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve production issues and hold owners accountable.
• Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Support in timely delivery of finished products.
• Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates as necessary to meet production targets.
