Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Production Scheduler in Houston, TX to develop and maintain a feasible, capacity-aligned sequence for gas turbine manufacturing. The role connects production planners and the planning manager to ensure realistic schedules and on-time execution.

You will balance demand, capacity, and parts availability, while preserving flow and meeting Gate commitments. Strong Excel skills and ERP proficiency are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in detailed production scheduling or production control in MRO or discrete manufacturing.
• Experience owning multi-cell or multi-engine sequencing.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated sequence for the repair scope across engines and cells.
• Manage emergent replanning and resequencing with minimal TAT impact.
• Sequence around material demand from planners and slot ready work.
• Pace induction release and protect flow; manage WIP.
• Publish and defend rolling sequence against gate commitments.
• Own scheduling tool accuracy including cell durations, gates, and calendars.
