Batchline Solutions is seeking a Production Scheduler for our Westampton, NJ facility. You will support the Planning Manager with material replenishment and scheduling, verifying counts on the floor and coordinating resources to meet requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food handling or related fields, strong Excel/Google Apps skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a refrigerated environment. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in food handling, procurement, warehousing or materials management in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Google applications; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and materials flow to maintain schedules.
• Release work orders using ERP to meet production needs; reconcile buy/build timing.
• Identify shortages or delays and communicate them to supervisors before production runs.
• Conduct routine floor reviews to verify work order status and corrections.
• Enforce food safety and quality programs; follow company policies and procedures.

Our team of culinary experts includes award-winning chefs, presidents of iconic food brands, and over 70 years of combined business, operations, and technology experience - not to mention, an unwavering passion for food.We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Production Scheduler role at our food manufacturing facility located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. The Production Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Planning Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling by verifying counts on the floor and investigation discrepancies. The Production Scheduler will work with and coordinate multiple resources ensuring requirements are met and engaging additional members and escalate issues of any to appropriate channels as necessary. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of safety and quality when executing all tasks.What will you be doing:* Monitors daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain accurate production schedules.* Accurately and efficiently release work orders using the ERP to meet production needs.* Daily work order reconciliation to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the production schedule.
