Batchline Solutions in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Production Scheduler to support the Planning Manager with material replenishment and scheduling at our food manufacturing facility.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, releasing work orders in ERP, and ensuring on-time production while upholding safety and quality standards. You will monitor daily production, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate delays due to shortages to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; AA or BS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in food handling, procurement and vendor management, warehousing or materials management in manufacturing.
• Intermediate MS Office and Google applications; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change.
• Comfort working in refrigerated environments and fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of agriculture, produce and raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain schedules.
• Releases work orders using ERP to meet production needs.
• Performs daily/weekly walk-throughs to check work order status.
• Communicates delays due to material shortages to supervisors and managers.
• Identifies discrepancies and initiates corrective actions to prevent delays or errors.
• Ensures food safety and quality programs are followed.

The Production Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Planning Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling by verifying counts on the floor and investigation discrepancies. The Production Scheduler will work with and coordinate multiple resources ensuring requirements are met and engaging additional members and escalate issues of any to appropriate channels as necessary. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of safety and quality when executing all tasks.What will you be doing:* Monitors daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain accurate production schedules.* Accurately and efficiently release work orders using the ERP to meet production needs.* Daily work order reconciliation to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the production schedule.
