Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Hutchins, TX is seeking a Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. You will draw up master schedules, translate orders, and coordinate with sales and order entry to meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.
• Translates orders into a sequential work schedule.
• Plans and schedules workflow for press and operation.
• Confers with production and order entry staff to determine status of orders.
• Expedites orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Assesses schedule performance and advises the team on status and preventive/corrective actions.
• Prepares reports as needed.
