Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Feeder to ensure machinery is continuously supplied with materials and resources, in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes safety and quality. The role supports production targets and collaborates with teammates to maintain smooth operations.

The position requires basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am, with potential overtime. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent disruptions in production.
• Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with the setup and adjustment of equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Shift

Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:00am

You Must Have

Compensation

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - 23.00 The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
