Spherion is supporting a client in the Defense, Aerospace, Truck, and Power Generation sectors seeking a Production Scheduler. The role focuses on maintaining the master schedule, expediting operations, and rescheduling to meet on-time shipping dates across a precision-machining environment.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in production planning, a basic understanding of machining, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of AS9100 requirements.
Our client is the the worldwide leader in the rapid production of complex metal castings and machined parts for the Defense, Aerospace, Truck, and Power Generated Industries. This smaller but highly productive team is seeking the talents of a skilled Production Scheduler who is familiar with the inner workings of a Machine Shop. They will optimize production schedules across the plant to maximize operational efficiency. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment for high precision machined parts and assemblies. Goal is to achieve 100% Quality with 100% On-Time.
