Prototek is seeking a Production Scheduler to connect customer commitments with shop floor execution in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will balance production capacity, adjust to changing priorities, and ensure resources are in place to deliver quality products on time.

Responsibilities include building schedules, monitoring materials, and maintaining ERP/MRP data while collaborating across departments to optimize performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production scheduling.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards.
• Previous production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and production constraints.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.

In this role, you'll be the connection between customer commitments and shop floor execution. From balancing production capacity to navigating shifting priorities, you'll help ensure the right resources are in place to deliver quality products on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards.
• Previous production scheduling or similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and production constraints.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read manufacturing prints and technical drawings.
• Confidence communicating across departments and adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing is highly valuable.
