Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, including project phasing, milestones, equipment, labor and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members to reflect activities in the schedule.
• Analyze production specifications and data, and propose adjustments to optimize processes.
• Use advanced Excel and data analysis to track, analyze and report on project progress.
• Forecast potential schedule disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet schedules.
• Communicate schedule updates to all relevant parties.
• Monitor progress and report changes to the established schedule.
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve planning efficiency.

Qualifications:

4. 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. 5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential schedule disruptions and develop effective solutions.
6. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate schedule updates and changes.
