Job summary

TuscoMFG is seeking a Production Scheduler in Gnadenhutten, OH to own the master production schedule across Laser/Turret, Form, Press Direct, Weld, Finishing and Assembly. You will sequence jobs, track status floor-wide, and ensure the shop's single source of truth on what should run and when.

This on-site role requires ERP/MRP proficiency, strong communication, and floor presence to drive on‑time delivery and capacity visibility for staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, or control in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP proficiency and ownership of schedule data in systems.
• Knowledge of job-shop, high-mix/low-volume flow and routing logic.
• Direct, confident communication across floor levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily/weekly production schedule across all departments.
• Sequence/ resequence jobs due to priorities, rushes or capacity limits.
• Keep status, routing steps, and due dates accurate in ERP.
• Walk the floor to verify status and coordinate recovery plans with leads.
