Job summary

TuscoMFG in Gnadenhutten, OH, is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to own day-to-day floor performance. You will lead Team Leads and production staff to hit specs, on-time delivery, and targets for labor and scrap while driving operations across laser/turret cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly.

The role requires 5+ years of production leadership in manufacturing, ability to read engineering prints, and strong coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure schedule adherence; recover when behind with root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Collaborate with Scheduler on capacity, downtime, and staffing changes.
• Drive 5S, standard work, and cycle-time reduction; support continuous improvement.
