Job summary

Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center in Missouri is hiring a Production Sanitation Associate to participate in dough processing and manufacturing. You will rotate through dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker roles during your shift, ensuring sanitization and equipment readiness.

The role involves cleaning production areas, validating batch data, monitoring temperatures, and supporting the warehouse or sanitation areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients; ensure dough is delivered into rounder.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library; achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Monitor metal detector checks, dough temperature, and document findings; adjust dough sizes as needed.
• Monitor sifter tailings, report irregularities to supervisor and manager; organize dough for shipment and ensure print quality on trays.
• Loads trays onto conveyor for cleaning; monitor water, detergent levels, and perform cleanliness testing as needed.
