Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct all production activity and associates.

• Manage timecards and attendance records, including days off requests.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate objectives and key information.
• Ensure staff are trained and retrained as needed.
• Meet with supervisors and management to review production activities.
