Benton Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Technician to join our team in the Southeast. You will learn on the job, install commercial roof systems on new construction, re-roofs, or service and repair jobs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Experience performing commercial roof system installations on new construction, re-roofs, or service & repair jobs
• Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and think outside-the-box
• Dependable and able to be at work on time and on a consistent basis with reliable transportation
• Ability and desire to work as a critical member of a small Team
• Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Roofing Team Members
• Enthusiasm for sharpening up your Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) knowledge so you’re a top-notch construction industry member
• Knowledge and experience with multiple types of commercial roofing systems (highly preferred)
• Experience using roofing system application tools (highly preferred)
• Hungry to start a career with opportunity to advance within the company
• Ability to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and pre-employment/ongoing random drug screens
• Must be able to travel
