Job summary
PNC is seeking a System Reliability and Support Lead to monitor and stabilize critical production apps using OpenShift, Oracle, Java, MongoDB and SQL. You will own incidents, drive resolution, and design automated monitoring and recovery processes across multiple platforms, including OpenShift virtualization and Dynatrace APM.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, incident management and automation practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead monitoring, maintenance, support and modernization of systems to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
- Perform maintenance including patching and upgrades; coordinate changes to maintain a stable production environment.
- Oversee incident detection, resolution and root cause analysis; report on design and reliability issues.
- Monitor availability, performance and capacity; implement methods to improve software reliability and incident response.
- Coach junior staff; lead governance, continuity testing, audits and policy compliance.
