Calca Solutions in Lake Charles, LA seeks an experienced engineer to identify and implement improvements across global supply chain manufacturing processes. You will lead process improvements, troubleshoot operations, and oversee capital projects from concept to startup to enhance capacity, safety, and quality.
The role requires a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 5–7 years of chemical plant experience, with expertise in mechanical equipment design and reliability.

Overview
Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures that will increase capacity, reduce cost; improve safety and quality of Calca’s global supply chain manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot existing processes to improve operating efficiency. Work in a team environment with operations, maintenance, and administrative Teams. Oversee capital projects from conceptual idea to commissioning. Identify opportunities to improve mechanical and instrumentation reliability. Utilize process improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma to increase Calca’s profits.
