Job summary

Orange Logic in the United States is seeking a Production Support Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize mission-critical production applications and infrastructure. You will handle escalations from Level 1, perform root cause analysis, and support monthly maintenance while ensuring SLA compliance.

You will work with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to improve deployment, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong trouble-shooting and log analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL Server databases.
• Programming/scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on with IaC tools Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containers.
• Knowledge of IIS, Traefik, and ElasticSearch.
• Understanding of APIs, HTTP, DNS.
• Docker experience and Windows/Linux administration.
• Monitoring and incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and resolve application issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform detailed troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident investigations.
• Provide production support including monitoring, escalation, and incident response.
• Support outages by executing recovery plans and post-mortem analysis.
• Plan and execute monthly maintenance on test and production servers.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay current with DevOps and cloud operation best practices.
