Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Production Support Analyst to ensure the stability, security, and reliability of production and non-production environments supporting Credit Union Solutions, across IBM AIX and Windows Server platforms. The role emphasizes incident response, change validation, scripting, and production readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production/support roles, hands-on AIX and Windows experience, and proficiency with PowerShell and ITIL-aligned processes, with after-hours

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production support or equivalent technology operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with IBM AIX and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with certificate installation/renewal and DNS/service accounts.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting languages.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for IBM AIX and Windows Server environments.
• Triage and resolve incidents related to OS, services, and jobs.
• Support planned maintenance including certificate updates and access reviews.
• Install, update, and remove approved software under change control.
• Perform certificate tasks and post-install verification.
• Maintain service accounts and enforce password rotation.
• Develop scripts to automate health checks and deployments.
• Participate in incident bridges and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure controlled production changes.
