Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Production Quality Manager to lead on-site quality assurance across the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems. You will enforce Quality Plans, manage ITPs, and ensure shipment readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 10–12+ years in manufacturing quality, hands-on experience with modular systems, and ISO-9001 knowledge. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10–12+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial assembly environments.
• Hands-on experience with modular systems, skid-mounted equipment, or industrial enclosures; ISO-9001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility lead for corporate/regional QMS and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and shipment readiness docs.
• Establish quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness; stop-work authority to address risks.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and FATs to ensure compliance with customer specs and codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
• Manage NCR/CAPA processes and drive root cause analyses and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, project management, and clients; mentor staff on quality standards and lean initiatives.
