Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking a Production Quality Engineering Specialist to own quality topics on the production floor and report KPIs to senior management. You will support audits for ISO 9001, CSA, TUV, IEC-Ex and drive root cause analyses for non-conformances at both production and customer sites.

The role requires at least 5 years in electrical manufacturing, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical Manufacturing.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Responsible for all Quality topics at production.
• Report Quality KPIs to management.

Salary iscommensuratewith experience, and ranges between $ 65,800 CAD - 90,000 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus of 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics.
