This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of establishing world-class engineering standards in a team that supports manufacturing in multiple locations across multiple countries. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing engineering workflows, elevate the engineering quality standards, and improving throughput. You will provide critical support to improve the quality of output from the engineering team, which is a crucial driver to scale up operations for the business unit. You will be directly responsible for modifying, establishing, and managing the quality control measures of our engineered-to-order (ETO) process, ensuring that custom drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and all design documents are flawless before they hit the production floor.
This hybrid Continuous Improvement Engineer role is based in Wendell, NC at Siemens EA U.S. headquarters. The pay range for this position is $83,966 - $143,942 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
