Assurant is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality and Operations Management System. You will review performance, guide improvements, and train teams in quality tools.

This onsite role in Lewisville, TX, follows a Monday–Friday schedule and emphasizes data analysis, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead CAPA/CI initiatives, map quality processes, and drive root cause analysis to enhance capability and performance across manufacturing and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 2 years of relevant/equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant/equivalent experience in use of Quality programs and tools.
• Experience with 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma with the ability to apply the same in a practical, effective fashion, certification in above a plus.
• Experience in process/testing/automation validation.
• Experience managing new product introduction.

Responsibilities

• Validate process, system integration and testing methods (Gage R&R).
• Create and review data analysis and trending reports.
• Process mapping/control points identification.
• Lead CAPA/CI initiative utilizing quality tools to facilitate root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Provide training to personnel on Quality tools.
• Map out Quality process flows and identify potential improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and process standards.
