Job summary

Harmattan AI is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team at the Wissous production plant for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will support the Quality team by delivering analytics to harmonize tracking systems and traceability, enabling continuous improvement across production lines.

The role involves FPY baselines, quality analyses (5M, Pareto), daily dashboards, and leading problem-solving workshops with production and methods.

Qualifications

• Final-year engineering student with 4–6 months on a real production floor.
• Experience with 5M / 5-Why / NCR handling. Capacity to build complex Excel dashboards autonomously. ERP exposure (Odoo is a plus), metrology and drawing reading basics. Knowledge of electronics/electromechanical assembly is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in French; professional English is appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational sense, autonomy, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and baseline FPY for each product.
• Perform quality analyses (taxonomy + Pareto + 5M root cause).
• Update the daily quality dashboard.
• Lead problem-solving workshops with the production and methods departments.
• Create and update outgoing inspection and customer delivery files.
• NCR follow-up.
