PennEngineering is seeking a dedicated Quality Intern for a 10–12-week summer program in Waterford, Michigan. You will support quality initiatives, engage with cross-functional teams, and contribute to customer-focused improvements.

The role emphasizes voice of the customer, data-driven decision making, and the development of AI tools for dashboards. You will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, sustainability, and process improvement.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quality-related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.

Mansioni

• Initial Issue Management: Prepare and maintain the 5W1H process inside EQMS for customer concerns and communicate with manufacturing locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and data for reporting.
• Develop AI tools for dashboard building (Axion, SQUINT, Claude).
• Project Work: Assist with corrosion performance improvement research and implementations.
• Data Tracking and Reporting: Maintain sustainability metrics and prepare management reports; assist 8D completion as needed.
