Empire Blended in Bayville, NJ seeks a Production and Quality Administrator to manage paperwork, scheduling and daily office tasks supporting quality compliance. The role interfaces with production and the lab to keep processes running smoothly, track data, and ensure records are complete.

  • Build and update calendars, track daily production as it relates to quality, and meet deadlines.
  • Act as a main link between different teams, and workers on site.
  • Check data accuracy, log test results, prepare reports and ensure safety rules followed.

Production and Quality Administrator

We also offer private labeling, toll manufacturing, custom packaging, warehousing and transportation. Job Description

A production and quality admin manages the paperwork, schedules, and daily office tasks that keep manufacturing and the lab running smoothly as it pertains to quality requirements.

Work hours are generally 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
