Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering preferred or 5–7 years related experience.
• 2–3 years in quality assurance, quality control, or containment supervisory roles.

• Supervise daily quality assurance and containment operations and team members.
• Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and inspectors to resolve issues.
