Job summary

Quick Hire Staffing seeks reliable Quality Inspectors for our Mustang Ridge, TX facility. You will support automotive manufacturing operations by performing visual inspections, identifying defects, and documenting outcomes to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for long shifts, and effective communication with team leads. Pay is $18/hour, full-time with a 12-hour shift (6pm–6am); overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow work instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Prior manufacturing or quality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections on automotive parts.
• Identify defects and non-conforming products.
• Document defective items and rework as needed.
• Collect and record data using company portal.
