Job summary

Tektronix in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Purchasing Manager (Production Purchasing) to lead production purchasing activities ensuring material availability, cost competitiveness, and operational continuity. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of buyers responsible for production purchasing execution, including PO placement and expediting.
• Oversee PO creation, approval, and management to align with demand signals and production requirements.
• Manage supplier performance for delivery, responsiveness, and execution reliability.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and NPI Procurement for seamless material readiness.
