Job summary

Tektronix, a Tektronix subsidiary within Ralliant, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for New Product Launch in Beaverton, Oregon. You will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate manufacturing activities, and ensure ramp readiness for new products.

You will work with engineering, materials, and program management to develop cost estimates and capacity plans, and you will help align tooling and test equipment to support transition from development to steady-state production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead global manufacturing core teams on NPD programs.
• Represent Manufacturing on NPD core teams and communicate with Manufacturing management.
• Coordinate development of program manufacturing, test, and materials plans.
• Work with engineering and materials to develop and track product cost estimates.
• Ensure tooling and test equipment capacity for ramp and production.
