Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of buyers responsible for production purchasing execution, including PO placement, expediting, and supplier communication.
• Oversee PO creation, approval, and management to align with demand signals and production requirements.
• Manage supplier performance for delivery, responsiveness, and execution reliability; collaborate on escalations and corrective actions.
• Drive cost management and working capital improvements through negotiation and inventory optimization.
• Partner with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and NPI Procurement to ensure seamless material readiness across the product lifecycle.
