Job summary

Artists&Outlaws is seeking a Production Project Services Manager with a strong design sensibility to lead a fast-paced team. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion and coordinate various team members to meet competing deadlines.

You will be at the center of a large client team, championing deliverables for the overall account and helping others to support them. The role requires detail-orientation, organizational excellence, and hands-on production knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing a creative production team in an agency, publisher or in-house setting.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and solve problems on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety of project schedules across collateral, POS, social, web and print.
• Coordinate projects from client request to completion, meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date status for all projects within the team workflow.
• Follow up on due dates across all phases to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure deadlines are met by the creative and production teams.

We are looking for a Production Project Services Manager with a strong design sensibility to lead a fast-paced team. Your role will include following multiple projects from their inception through to their completion. You’re potentially the right fit if you possess the skills to organize multiple types of projects and team members to meet competing deadlines.

You will be at the center of a large client team touching every project. As such, you should assume responsibility for the deliverables for the overall account and in helping others to support them
