Job summary

Fagron US in Massachusetts seeks a production project coordinator to support project delivery, change controls, and production tasks across departments. The role requires effective communication, documentation, and data analysis to ensure on-time completion.

You will prepare change controls, maintain planning tools, and collaborate with QA, QC, and operations while adhering to GMP/GxP standards. Strong writing and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in science field or equivalent.
• At least one year of FDA regulated GMP manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational and deductive thinking skills.
• Advanced writing and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; interface with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for production-related projects.
• Maintain offline planning tools and analysis.
• Support manufacturing team and leadership to drive projects to completion.
• Assess processes for change management and generate change controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Support production transactions and ERP troubleshooting.
• Review and approve production documents (batch records, SOPs).
• Gather data to support investigations and metrics.
• Maintain training compliance and follow SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
