Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Work with engineering, quality, and warehouse teams to optimize workflow.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Source and purchase raw materials, negotiate pricing, and manage suppliers.
