Job summary

Reily Foods Company is hiring a Production Operator at the Knoxville, TN plant. You will operate processing equipment, follow GMP and safety guidelines, and support daily production goals across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown sequencing, maintaining product specs, and completing batch data and quality documents. Training, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years machine operator/production experience preferred.
• Operate processing equipment and perform start-up/shut down sequencing.
• Basic preventative maintenance and HMI computer skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment following GMP and safety guidelines to meet daily labor and waste goals.
• Perform start-up and shut-down sequencing of processing equipment.
• Maintain standards for product specs, blends, recipes, and quality specs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Use Redzone to track downtime and complete quality documents.
• Accurately complete all batch data, traceability, and production paperwork.
• Assist with product changeovers and keep workstation clean and sanitary.
• Ensure operations meet regulatory requirements and produce quality products.
