Reily Foods Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Line Mechanic / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production line and packaging equipment in a fast-paced plant. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support daily production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and technical training in industrial maintenance; 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/industrial maintenance background preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production/packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CMMS, downtime tracking, and GMP/food-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair packaging and production line equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support daily goals.
• Read and interpret equipment drawings and OEM manuals for repairs.
• Communicate issues and repairs effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Complete production and maintenance documentation and comply with GMPs.
