Job summary

Wistron InfoComm is seeking a Process Technician at our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role focuses on monitoring production lines, ensuring high efficiency and defect-free output, and serving as the technical bridge between the engineering office and the production floor.

You will perform quick fixes for minor process issues, escalate major abnormalities to engineers, collect data, and support DOE experiments while adhering to SOPs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Associate degree in engineering preferred; high school with tech experience acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data entry.
• Cross-regional language ability in Chinese or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines to ensure process parameters stay within specs.
• Identify and resolve real-time deviations and machine alarms to minimize downtime.
• Collect production data and perform basic SPC analyses.
• Assist engineers with DOE and pilot runs for new products.
• Ensure line activities follow SOPs and contribute to SOP improvements.
