Job summary

EMD Electronics in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Production Process Engineer to support blending and chemical manufacturing for semiconductor patterning materials. You will provide daily technical leadership to improve safety, quality and productivity, and collaborate across Quality, EHS, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D and global teams.

This onsite role demands hands-on problem solving and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or another engineering field.
• 3+ years supporting chemical manufacturing operations in a process/production role.
• 3+ years developing or improving manufacturing procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for formulation, blending, filtration, packaging, and related operations.
• Lead technical reviews of batch calculations, parameters, and sequencing.
• Monitor plan vs. actual performance and drive corrective actions to improve schedule attainment and first-time-right execution.
• Lead deviation investigations and apply SPC/DOE to identify drivers of variation.
