Position Summary and Scope:
The Process Engineer position is an exciting opportunity to work in a custom chemical manufacturing environment to build molecules from biomass and other challenging chemistries to change the world one molecule at a time. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and works alongside Operations and Research & Development.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and a passion for spending time in the manufacturing plant understanding how equipment and processes operate. This position is open to engineers ranging from entry-level professionals to experienced practitioners.
Our site offers exposure to an unusually broad range of chemical processes and equipment, including batch and continuous manufacturing, gas- and liquid-phase chemistry, catalytic and hydrogenation processes, distillation, separations, heat transfer systems, and hydrogen production.
