Job summary

Eric'sons is seeking a manufacturing support team member for the Plastics Department. You will take on Spray, Roller, or Prep duties based on operational needs to support production goals.

Responsibilities include assisting with the plastics process, prepping and polishing forms, stacking pallets, and preparing items for shipment. A background in manufacturing and basic shop drawing reading are helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience as a laborer.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Safely use hand tools.
• Read and interpret basic shop drawings.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Monday - Thursday (5:00AM - 3:30PM)

Position Overview:

Working in the Plastics Department involves performing one of three key roles: Spray, Roller, or Prep. Team members are responsible for completing tasks within their assigned area to support department efficiency and production goals. Assignments are based on operational needs.

• Contribute to daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
