Bachelor’s degree in related field or recent graduate within 12 months.
Knowledge of material coordination and production planning processes.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

Advise management on work in progress, material availability, and production issues to meet milestones.
Coordinate production and/or purchase of components to support master production schedule.
Identify risks and opportunities related to material availability to protect schedule integrity.
Track multiple projects with varying complexity with minimal supervision.
Communicate status and needs with crossfunctional teams (QA, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, inventory).
Schedule and expedite movement of parts via move orders and stock transfers.
