The role collaborates with procurement, planning, scheduling, production and quality control to optimize resources, while leading a team and ensuring safety.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or a graduate degree with 4+ years) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resource and material allocation to meet production goals.
• Monitor inventory levels of buy materials to ensure adequate supplies.
• Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and evaluations.
• Communicate production plans and schedules to stakeholders; may require evenings or weekends.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and prepare reports on key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety, and assist with lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
