Ecoplastic America Corporation (Register, GA) seeks a Production Planning Specialist to support the company’s injection molding operations and help keep production running smoothly. The duties of the position include: (i) oversee end-to-end production planning and control for injection molding operations, aligning manpower, materials, and machine scheduling to support on-time delivery; (ii) create and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer needs and internal capacity; (iii) ensure molding lines have the materials, tools, and consumables needed to stay on schedule; (iv) maintain stock of essential injection molding supplies and communicate with both local suppliers and Korean vendors; (v) perform monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory information; (vi) handle supply chain raw materials, WIP, and finished goods levels to ensure customer orders can be shipped on time; (vii) provide Korean–English communication support by liaising between Korean management, local teams, and external vendors; (viii) translate production updates, technical information, and meeting discussions; (ix) maintain accurate production and inventory data in the MES and SAP systems; (x) record daily production activity, inventory movements, and material usage to support reporting and decision-making; (xi) identify bottlenecks on the production floor and communicate to appropriate teams. Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a closely related field. Must also demonstrate knowledge of enterprise systems including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP for production planning, inventory management, and data tracking, acquired through education or training.
