Perricone Juices, Fort Pierce facility, is seeking an Entry Production Planning Coordinator to support 24/7 juice manufacturing operations. You will help manage schedules, coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, and Maintenance, and ensure accurate NetSuite data and timely production execution.

Perricone Juices is currently seeking a Production Planning Coordinator for our Fort Pierce facility, to help lead and advance our operations. This position offers long-term stability and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Position Summary:

The Production Planning Coordinator supports daily production scheduling and operational coordination activities for a 24/7, three-shift juice manufacturing operation. This role assists with schedule communication, production reporting, inventory coordination, work order management, and NetSuite data accuracy to help ensure efficient plant operations and on-time production execution.

The Coordinator serves as a key communication link between Production, Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams while helping maintain accurate production data, material readiness, and shift alignment across manufacturing operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling Support

• Assist with maintaining and distributing daily and weekly production schedules across all shifts.
• Communicate schedule updates, production changes, and operational adjustments to supervisors and department teams.
• Monitor schedule adherence and expedite production delays, downtime, or material concerns to the Planner / Scheduler.
• Support shift transition communication to ensure alignment between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations.

NetSuite & System Coordination

• Enter and maintain production-related data within NetSuite including work orders, schedule updates, inventory transactions, and production reporting.
• Support accuracy of production schedules, item availability, and inventory visibility within the ERP system.
• Assist with monitoring planning exceptions, shortages, and work order completion status.
• Generate production and inventory reports for operational leadership.

Inventory & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement teams to verify raw materials, packaging, and ingredients are available to support production schedules.
• Help monitor inventory shortages, aging materials, and production risks related to perishable ingredients.
• Support inventory reconciliation and production consumption tracking as needed.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Partner with Operations Supervisors to communicate schedule priorities and production updates.
• Coordinate with QA and Sanitation teams regarding product sequencing, sanitation timing, and production readiness.
• Assist Maintenance and Operations teams with schedule adjustments related to downtime or preventative maintenance activities.
• Support leadership with operational data requests and production reporting.

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Maintain planning logs, scheduling documents, and production communication boards.
• Prepare daily production summaries and KPI reporting related to schedule adherence, downtime, and production output.
• Assist with data collection for operational meetings and planning reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and communication processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, logistics, scheduling support, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred

• Experience in food, beverage, juice, or other manufacturing environments.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations.
• Familiarity with production scheduling, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the production floor for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (noise, PPE required).
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs as needed.
