Job summary

Perricone Juices is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department at the Fort Pierce facility. You will oversee technicians, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure work aligns with safety and food-regulatory requirements.

You will direct schedules, maintain records, coordinate parts and vendors, and work with Production, Quality, and Safety leadership to minimize downtime and improve OEE. Fluency in English is expected; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food/beverage, or industrial environment.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating multiple shifts.
• Familiarity with SQF, GMP, FDA 21 CFR Parts 117/120 and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across assigned shifts.
• Plan and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
• Interview, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff; hire and discipline as needed.
