Job summary

Certified Enameling, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Logistics Coordinator to manage customer orders through our metal finishing and manufacturing operations.

You will replace manual follow-ups with organized, system-driven processes using ERP, dashboards, and real-time production data. This role collaborates with production leads, coordinates urgent orders and deliveries, and drives on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of production planning, scheduling, logistics, or order-coordination experience in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, digital scheduling tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable learning new technology and improving existing processes.
• Able to use data to prioritize work, solve problems, and communicate production status.
• Metal finishing, powder coating, painting, anodizing, plating, or fabrication experience is strongly preferred.
• Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production priorities, receiving, and outbound shipments.
• Track orders from receiving through production, quality control, packing, and shipment.
• Maintain accurate work orders, schedules, due dates, and shipment information in our ERP system.
• Use system data and production dashboards to identify delays and scheduling conflicts.
• Work directly with production leads to keep jobs moving on schedule.
• Coordinate urgent orders and customer-specific deadlines.
• Communicate order updates with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Schedule customer pickups, company deliveries, and outside carriers.
• Improve digital workflows, reporting, scheduling accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual entry, paperwork, and repetitive administrative work.
